Have you all seen this ad by This Girl Can?

I love love love it! It features women of all shapes and sizes doing all kinds of fitness activities. Goodness knows I could use some motivation to get some exercise since I sit on my bum writing all day. But, most ads for the gym, or DailyBurn, or Nike feature fit men and women. I don’t know about you, but going to the gym or even running through the neighborhood is intimidating. I could use some more ads like this one that feature people like me in the world.

Kudos to This Girl Can for that.

Maybe I’ll hit the pool later today. Anyone want to join me?
